We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective or damaged.
You have 12 hours from when you have placed your order to cancel. After that timeframe our fulfillment center will automatically pick, pack and assign a tracking number to your item(s). Item are automatically sent out from our warehouses and sent to the shipping hub. You will need to wait for your item to arrive onto your doorstep before contacting us. However, keep in mind the item must be defective or damaged for a refund.
**You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45-50 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message through our Contact Us page. Item(s) must be damaged or defective and a picture(s) and video(s) explaining the problem will also need to be submitted.
COVID-19 update: Items are slower in transit especially if there are coming from our warehouses located overseas. Please expect delays and we have been transparent as possible to express this issue throughout our website.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within *10-14 business days. *The first business day starts when our warehouse confirms they have received the item and inspection is completed.
When ordering, please make sure you enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address that was provided upon ordering. We will not refund for packages sent to the wrong address unless it is our fault. We will not refund if you have buyer regret and did not open item.

Only the initial shipping to you is free of charge, any shipping charges incurred due to defects, exchanges or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
